PURCHASE / RENEW YOUR ANNUAL SITE LICENSE

Our pricing is simple- $600 per year for the entire Race Management software suite which includes:

1. RTI Racetrack Information Management System (RIMS system) with race announcer menu
2. RIMS Display Software (Runs in either Grandstand, Pit Lineups, or Advertisement mode)
3. Includes all software updates which includes any new features that are released.

Licensing is sold as an annual site license per track.  Following the 30 day demo period the track will need to purchase an annual non-refundable license to continue using the software which entitles you to 1 full year (from purchase date) of service.  There is no limitation on how many stations / displays / kiosks that can be used per site. Our systems are built using an enterprise grade database backend which can handle as many connections as needed at your track. Your track will need a local wirelesss network in order for remote stations to connect to the "server" station (station running the database software). A wireless router is needed with access points to broadcast the signal- INTERNET OR CELL SERVICE IS NOT REQUIRED.

ADDITIONAL / OPTIONAL HARDWARE

We also sell / support additional hardware to enhance your system.  All hardware is a one time fee and does not increase your annual site license costs (you can add as much as you want- your license is a site license and not a per station license!).  Shipping is free for all hardware (within the 48 continental US states).  We also have some hardware items available that are refurbished if you would prefer to buy previously used hardware to save some money.

Touchscreen Signature Capture / Pill Draw pad
Capture your registrants digital signature for their W9's and also allow them to touch the screen to draw their pill number.  When it comes time to draw a pill, the display will show a button for them to tap.  Once they have drawn their pill, it will show the pill they drew on the screen.  Units are connected via a USB cable.
*New units come with manufacturers warranty- refurbished units are guaranteed not to be DOA.

Handheld Barcode Scanner: Used for scanning the registrants DOT issued ID cards to register for races.  If the competitor does not have a profile, it will automatically create a new one.  If they do have a profile in the system, it will pull up cars they are linked with to register for the race.

DISPLAY BOARDS: Display board HDMI unit
Stand alone display unit that plugs into an HDMI port on a display / tv (not included).  Units can be used to display pit lineups, grandstand information (showing drivers profiles that are in the current races), or advertisements (advertisement management software included with the race management software).  You will need one unit per display (there is no limit to the number of displays that can be ran- unlimited display licensing is included with your annual site license).

Optional high gain antenna to be used with the display board units to help with long distance wireless signals.  This is an indoor / outdoor antenna to be mounted on the display or display enclosure.

DISPLAY BOARDS: Multi Display Board Wireless Keyboard with case
Wireless bluetooth keyboard to be used with the display board computers.  This keyboard has a knob on it that can control up to 3 display board computers (switch the knob for the unit you want to control).  Keyboard also includes a case.
